After conducting a market opportunity analysis at TAAMAY, we decided to collaborate with Dolce Terra, a Mexican company\u00a0 in Zamora, Michoac\u00e1n, Mexico with extensive experience in berry cultivation and export.<\/p>\n
Our shared values, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, and highly skilled human capital facilitated the decision of both parties to promote the export of fresh and frozen products to key markets for Mexico, such as Canada, the United States, and the European Union.<\/p>\n
Dolce Terra welcomed us with the best disposition, providing us with a valuable tour of some of their strawberry plantations, accompanied by executives and plant managers. This allowed us to firsthand confirm the rigorous processes of quality, food safety, and attention to detail they undertake for export to different destinations.<\/p>\n
Currently, they are in the process of modernizing and expanding their facilities to compete at the highest level, something that, unfortunately, is not common among agricultural sector producers and packers in Mexico. For TAAMAY, this is something we highlight and recognize as a valuable contribution from Mexican entrepreneurs who invest in such projects and support the country’s development.<\/p>\n
At TAAMAY, we are eager to commence the marketing of high-quality products processed at Dolce Terra, including fresh and frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, as well as offering an extensive catalog of presentations of other high-demand frozen fruits, such as mango and banana, among others.<\/p>\n
